Final SHOP Regulations Issued

The final regulations delay by one year the implementation of the “employee choice” model under SHOPs and provide for special enrollment periods.

Fewer Options

The PPACA requirement that all insurers offer four levels of health coverage to small businesses will be delayed until 2015 and will only need to provide one choice for now.
