Megan Longo

Megan was new to the insurance industry when she joined Fairmount Benefits in September 2022. Prior to that, she had extensive experience in customer service, enrollment and data management, and recruiting. Here at Fairmount, Megan specializes in the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, working closely with clients and account managers. She manages daily enrollments across myriad clients and carriers as well as annual open enrollment changes and detailed auditing services. Her interpersonal skills, problem solving, and teamwork allow her to provide quality support to clients and their employees.

Megan also assists in escalated claims resolution. She is an expert in communicating between members and carriers to ensure appropriate coverage is being applied, serving as a key advocate for clients and their employees to navigate the often-opaque carrier billing practices.

In her free time, you’ll often find Megan at various sporting events with her five children. She also enjoys running and traveling.
