A new survey finds that employers and new workers alike often experience “hiring remorse.” The poll by Development Dimensions International found that half of recently hired employees who responded to its recent survey said they harbored some regret for taking the new job. In the same poll, staffing directors noted that 14 percent of new hires last year turned out to be mistakes.
